Information on the resources and services available during the 2021 Christmas break.
Closing of buildings and entrances
As of December 23rd, at 3 pm and until January 7 (included), all the main doors and the rest of the entrances to the School buildings will remain closed.
To access the buildings during this period, you must use your UPC card, and therefore, it will be necessary to have the corresponding access route activated.
If you detect any problem on your card, please contact the Resources & Services Unit, until December 23rd, at email@example.com.
If you have any trouble during the Christmas period please contact the Operations Center at +34 93 401 17 10.
The front desk will remain closed from December 23rd, at 2 pm to January 10th, at 8 am.
The external mail service will close on the 22nd at 1:30 pm, while the internal mail service will be still operative until December 23rd.
ICT requests will be answered only by telephone, from 8 am to 2 pm, and from 3 pm to 7 pm, on December 24th and January 7th.
During the low occupancy period established by the UPC, from December 27th to January 6th (both included), the User Service Center (CAU) will not answer any telephone calls or in-site calls. You can report any incident:
- by opening a ticket in the in the ICT Support section of the UTGAC support tool: https://suport.utgac.upc.edu, or
- by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Requests will be answered on working days from 9 am to 2 pm and resolved depending on their complexity.
