Researcher Itsaso Arrayago, from our School, recognized by the Serra Húnter Plan

Researchers Itsaso Arrayago, Mónica Aragüés, Xavier Prats, David Escofet and Jordi Llorca have received the Serra Húnter Talent Recognition Award. The award ceremony, which recognizes academic excellence and the quality of Catalan public universities, took place on July 9th in Barcelona.

 

This Wednesday, July 9th, the first Serra Húnter Talent Recognition event was held. The event, that took place in the gardens of the Palau Robert, celebrated the academic excellence and quality of Catalan public universities together with the community of Serra Húnter teachers.

The event was attended by a wide representation of the community, more than 1,100 teachers integrated into the plan. In addition to highlighting the plan's activity in the seven public universities of Catalonia and its impact on the entire system since its launch in 2003, the event also recognized Serra Húnter faculty in the areas of teaching, research, publication or knowledge transfer, and individuals selected by the universities themselves for their academic activity.
