Prof. Antonio Gens, professor at Barcelona School of Civil Engineering and member of CIMNE's Geomechanics research group, has been elected president of the Spanish Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering by its Board of Directors.
Professor Antonio Gens will be president for the 2022-2026 period after an electoral process carried out recently by the SSSMGE.
