The Kenneth Severn Award is granted to the best submission from a young engineer in response to a question set by the current President.
The award is open to members and non-members of the Institution who are 28 years of age or under, on 1 January of the year of entry.
The Award commemorates Kenneth Severn, President of the Institution from 1972-1973 and is supported by the late Mr Severn's family and the Educational Trust.
