PhD Contract within the Bridge Engineering and Construction Group under the project System to help decision making during infrastructures life cycle: smart-infrastructures
Structural System Identification (SSI) methods enable the estimation of mechanical properties of actual structures from their monitored data. The research group has developed an innovative SSI method using data from static non destructive tests. The research work will involve the extension and calibration of the method to dynamic analysis. The research work, very practically oriented, will imply assessing real structures.
Requirements:
- Good level of English
- Academic level: In possession of the title of Chartered Master of Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos. Major: Structures
